OF NOTE: The Purdue Hockey Team traveled to Bensenville, IL. this past weekend to take on Robert Morris University - White. After falling to the Eagles on Friday night 5-3, the Boilermakers picked it up on Saturday and came out on top Saturday night 6-5. Junior Asst. Captain and Defensive player Chad Manista had a season and career high 4 assists in Saturdays game for a total of 5 points for the weekend. Other notables for the weekend: Junior forward Jason Schmelzer had 2 goals in Saturdays game including the game winner! Schmelzer had 4 points for the weekend. Senior Captain and Forward Kurt Radermacher had 5 points on the weekend. The Boilermakers host Marquette University Golden Eagles next weekend at the Ice Forum in Fishers. Purdue will be fighting for a top seed in the MACHA Silver Division Playoffs, which will be held in Peoria, IL. February 19-21.
